Angela Arthur Baidoo is an emerging development leader with over five years of practical experience in community engagement, data collection, and youth-centered development programming. She holds both a Diploma and a Bachelor of Science degree in Development Management from the University for Development Studies, has completed an online certification in Monitoring and Evaluation from KNUST, and is currently pursuing an MSc in Monitoring and Evaluation at the University of Business and Integrated Development Studies (UBIDS).

Angela has worked with several NGOs to advance evidence-based programming by leading field data collection, community assessments, and stakeholder engagements across rural communities. Her contribution to the UNDP Young Africa Innovate (YAI) programme strengthened her capacity to support young innovators in designing and implementing practical, community-driven development solutions.

Angela’s growing expertise in monitoring and evaluation, strong analytical abilities, and deep community connections position her as a valuable force in driving inclusive, data-driven, and sustainable rural development at ISRuDev.
