Angela Arthur Baidoo is an emerging development leader with over five years of practical experience in community engagement, data collection, and youth-centered development programming. She holds both a Diploma and a Bachelor of Science degree in Development Management from the University for Development Studies, has completed an online certification in Monitoring and Evaluation from KNUST, and is currently pursuing an MSc in Monitoring and Evaluation at the University of Business and Integrated Development Studies (UBIDS).

Philemon Puordeme Dong-Uuro
Executive Director
Mr. Philemon Dong-Uuro has over 13 years’ experience as a development practitioner with expertise in food security, nature-based solutions, women’s empowerment, and the development of timber and non-timber forest product (NTFP) value chains. He has successfully led numerous community-focused projects aimed at strengthening citizen–duty bearer engagement, resulting in tangible policy reforms in areas such as local revenue mobilization, agricultural programming, and COVID-19 response in Ghana
