Mr. Philemon has worked with several Development Organizations including, CAPECS Ghana, Nathan Associates -MADE Program, WIDO, Serve Child Centre, and Vibrant Village Foundation Ghana. He has also led the successful implementation of projects funded by several donors including GAC/MEDA GROW project, USAID SIL, Commonwealth Foundation, FAO, and Plan International-Ghana.
